From Adelaide to Vancouver to… where?
I’ve spent more than a decade away from home, away from family and away from all the luxuries that a home can offer, and it’s about to go further than anyone can possibly imagine, even myself.
I am writing this during lunch break of my second day at work…… in Denpasar, Bali! I have to admit, the last few days have been an adrenaline-charged roller-coaster ride. Nothing can ever pay for such experience.
Of course I have to pay for the price. I have to make do with a simple bathroom with no hot water (something that most people in the world don’t have access anyway), a bedroom full of mosquitos, and a constant battle to quench my thirst. Yes, for water.
But still, I get to avoid all that traffic jam in Jakarta! And I can force myself to go back to the simple ways of living. No strings attached. Just me and the nature, boss. And lots of Rp 1.000,- bank notes in my wallet.

Because presently I can only access Internet from the office, I have no way to upload the pictures from my camera. I’ll find a way. Just stay tuned.
